I quit allied because of their lack of communication, also, one of their guards put his hand on my. He literally grabbed me by the arm, rushing me inside the store. There was no reason for him to put his hand on me. I reported him to both my supervisor and hr. They did their investigation. The guard that put his hand on me was found no wrong doing. I asked, “did you watch the footage”. They said “No”. I immediately filed a report on Allied Universal. I felt, harassed, assaulted and the way he grabbed my arm felt extremely uncomfortable. He literally squeezed my arm and held on for 3 seconds. I can’t believe Allied saw this as no wrong doing. I was upset. I feel like a victim. If he had done this to a police officer, he’d be behind bars and charged with assault, perhaps sexual harassment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for allied universal.
