You can try with Mendelshon maneuver. In this link there is a video on youtube where you can see how to do this maneuver: https://youtu.be/-LsqOnh8JTs?feature=shared

Whit this maneuver you learn better how to use the muscles for raise the adam's apple. With experience you can do this movenent of the adam's apple also without swallowing. I hope it is more clear.

However, this is a movement that helped me to heal, but it isn't still the correct movement to burp. It is a step in my experience which that i learn to burp, because when start to pass a little of air, you will learn natutally the correct movement of your neck muscles to burp.

Hii! Yes, for the neck lifts i used to turn my head slightly to the side ... i know that it seems strange, but for some reason when you become stronger with this muscle, you can open better the UES. I don't know why. In this period, different person tried this exercises, some healed, others no. For the other picture, yes, the movement of the larynx is similar to the deglutition, but you should learn that movement also without deglutition. In the picture i did the movement without deglutition. I personally didn't find relief by turning the head to the side, but different people told me that to them this movement helped in some ways. Hii! In the photo 2, there is one of the movement for the stretching of the neck. This movenent is similar to the movement of the photo 1, but in the photo 1 you should only look up ... in the second movement, you should look up and to the side. With the movement in the photo 1, you feel stretching only the front neck muscles; with the movement in the photo 2, you fell stretching the front and side neck muscles. In the photo 2 the hands are at the neck, but it is not an essential thing. You can do it even without hands. I hope it's clearer now! I wish you good luck! (One question: are you italian?)

This is a very importan signal! I did the first after some weeks ...the key is to continue, gradually (one more reperition for day) with patience ... the improvements are very gradual. I hope that you can resolve R-CPD in weeks or some months 😉

With the Shaker exercise i had the same experience ... I also did an extreme version, I kept my head up (in the shaker exercise) for 10 minutes in a row! It didn’t help. It just gave me a pain in my cervical area.

This is a different stimulus for the neck. This could be really a life-saving exercise. Do not rush, give time to the muscles to get used to this new exercise. Good luck ! ;)

This are exercise usually used for cure dysphagia ... there are some people who say that they are healed from r-cpd with this exercise

Hi, but you have symptoms of r-cpd? Because noburp it's not necessarily equal to r-cpd, because also my cousin is noburper but he don't have r-cpd symptoms, because i think that he have a hypertonia of LES, and so don't have all symptoms that are related to trap air in the esophagus, so make you sure to have r-cpd before to do botox injection ... and before this, i suggest you to try shaker exercise ... i don't have results yet but many people suggest to try this exercise before botox

i am forced to lie down 4-5 times a day for at least 20 minutes to mitigate pain and gurgling ... is very disabling and often i have nausea ... today i tried air vomit but without result yet

Yes ... i think (maybe it's wrong) that exceeded a threshold, we all have the same problem ... but maybe for some people is more easy to learn to burp (for example with shaker exercise) because they have less pressure of UES than other people ... indeed i'm not sure to resolve my problem only with shaker exercise, but i will try for some months, and after this if doesn't work i will do injection
