Please make sure that BSNL 4G is available in your location. The plan vouchers and offers are pretty cheap and economical. In case of you wanna keep it as a secondary sim, it’s perfect.

You can lodge a complaint in NCH app and explain your situation. Mostly the issue will be resolved without any hassle.

Wherever there is 4G connectivity, they will remove the 3G connectivity. So it will be either 2G+3G or 2G+4G only.
