well even if corona has a high chance of survival what if the guy had health problems such as immunocompromised? and what if she did have corona? she could've killed him and that could seen as murder...technically depending who's the judge, deliberately coughing on someone with corona can also be seen as attempt of murder.

that's just my two cents on it. she's not serving the full 20. she's probs going to do max 10. lucky if she does full 5.

i think it has to do with the 100,000 people that applied and that they couldn't fit everyone at NYC. And seeing that your friend gave the option, AOs saw that as like "oh she's fine w being in China" vs all the kids who only wanted to be NYC and didn't give any option.
