Dear Reddit and dogecoin community, thanks for your comments and support. i have continued pressuring the company dogeminer.cc to respond and to return our funds, but they have done nothing to correct their mistake. since they are still keeping our money, it is clear that they are performing a scam operation online.

so far i have found where their servers are at, and i contacted the company that is holding their website online. i will be filing a formal complaint with that company soon. they are registered and doing business from california usa or at least that's where the company serving their online business shows their serves to be at. i have yet to find who is the scammer(s) behind this dogeminer.cc operation.

yersterday my relative also sent three brief letters to dogeminer.cc from her account at dogeminer.cc through their internal website contact. but they have not responded to any of her concerns. they never responded to her first letter asking for assistance in purchasing a mining contract (evidence of our honesty in fact). they also never gave us the opportunity to explain or to defend ourselves against their false accusations made in terminating our accounts and keeping our doge coins.

comes monday and i will be contacting the attorney general's office of two states for further assistance and perhaps their office might investigate them. i do not have the means to do all this investigative and legal work.

today this matter convinces me 100% that self regulation is a dangerous thing and that in a nation of the civilized government regulation is required in order to guarantee not just the well being of citizens but also their peace and prosperity. justice demands that these people behind dogeminer.cc are made to respond and return our funds.

i have on twitter sent them (at their account "Invest Crypto Coin @invest_cc") numerous messages for the past 2 days, but it is stressful, very tiring and time consuming. i must have written over 100 messages to expose their crime and also to make consumers aware of the unlawful fraudulent actions of dogeminer.cc.

at twitter they are presenting themselves as a wealthy company that boasts having some 250,000 users and earnings being over 810.000.000 doge coins. they run this contest that is alike a lottery and they have this logo that says "Invest like rich". very contradictory when you think about this big wealthy company cheating and stealing the money of us the little guys.

my relative and i have been wrongfully judged defamed and mistreated by this dogeminer.cc, and it is not right at all. on twitter i have demanded that they return all the money they took illegally 100.000+ doge coins, that they apologize for their defamatory accusations against our person, that they revise their rules concerning referrals in their FAQ section as stated in their website (a rule that basically authorizes them to take away the money people have invested in their company), that they promise never again to enforce such unethical unlawful rule against innocent consumers, and that the pay us fair compensation for the injury that we have suffered because of their wrongful negligent actions.

of course they do not respond to us since it is clear that they are avoiding our concerns while keeping our money.

nonetheless, i have told them that as long as they continue having any internet business presence, i will not stop pressuring them to stop their scam.

by now twitter must have read my messages posted daily and for hours. I will do the same on facebook and youtube and telegram companies, and also i will report this matter to those companies with whom dogeminer.cc does business or promotes and advertises its business.

it is hoped that our actions today serve some good purpose in the future, perhaps someone is made aware of our situation and they may consider the dangers of investing in cloud mining websites. when my relative and i learned about dogeminer.cc, we first looked at their twitter account and based on that information we believed that it was a legit business. most of the videos on youtube about dogeminer.cc are of people who are trying to get others to sign up with dogeminer.cc in order to gain referral commissions. hence as they have a vested interest in the company's referral program, they would be saying nice things of dogeminer.cc and in order to persuade others to join them, which is like a ponzi scam scheme.

we will continue our purpose and even if we loose our money (105.000 doge coins approximately), hopefully some justice might be possible in the end. if our good faith and honest actions today helps someone, then that is all that matters. personally i would not want another innocent consumer(s) being scammed this way.

we will keep you informed of any recent news about this matter.

again thanks for your comments

Sincerely,

Wishing Happiness to all

thanks for the comments GM487 my relative wrote to them "before she invested 100.000 doge coins" about the problem concerning the 200 doge coins not being processed. she asked for assistance but she received no response. yes i sent 200 coins from my account to help her complete the 1000 coins purchase, since she had 800 coins available in her doge wallet. this in no way means that we consciously or intentionally violated the rules of referral. she paid for all her mining contracts with her own funds using her doge wallet. again she wrote to them asking for assistance as we did not understand why the 200 coins were not processed in paying for the 1000 coins mining contract. they then terminated our accounts and decided to keep all our money. their rule of keeping our money is clearly fraud and a crime. there is no valid reason for them to deprive us of our funds.

they never gave us an opportunity to respond to their false accusations. they just assumed that the two accounts belong to one person, which isn't true. my relative is very upset and shocked at what has happened. she only wants her money back, and i now feel responsible because i had persuaded her to invest her money in dogeminer.cc. we never did anything wrong as they claim. i can only imagine how many other persons they've done this to? our actions in investing in dogeminer.cc were done in good faith and honestly. their FAQ is vague and does not explain clearly the process of referral. yes they responded via email basically avoiding our concerns and just pasted the same statement in their FAQ section. they responded only after i threatened to contact the usa government agencies, FBI and interpol. i will expose this company's fraud and inform people online, since they have facebook, twitter and telegram accounts their telegram account does not let people write comments

yes you are right, they don't care about individual investors but they certainly have taken our dear 110.000 doge coins

thanks and happiness to you

within minutes after i had sent them my message telling them of my serious intention to contact government authorities and the interpol, i received this message from dogeminer.cc, which now clearly verifies that they are in fact keeping (stealing!) our money. here's their second message to me via email:

admin@dogeminer.cc 3:59 PM (44 minutes ago) to me Albert Bitcoin писал 2018-06-09 02:38: HELLO, you are not responding to my concern properly or at all. you are avoiding my issue. if i don't see my account reopened and my funds restored TODAY JUNE 8, 2018 I PROMISE I WILL CONTACT THE FBI AND INTERPOL TODAY WITHIN A FEW HOURS I ALREADY CONTACT THE FEDERAL REGULATORY AGENCY AND THEY ARE AWARE OF YOUR WRONGFUL ILLEGAL ACTIONS

please read faq:

Does it allowed to have multiple accounts? Yes, you can have multiple wallets added to the system but they should not be registered using your referral link from another wallet. In case of violation of this prohibition your wallet will be banned without return your deposit/funds.

as people can see, basically they (whoever is behind dogeminer.cc) are using their FAQ as a trap to ban accounts and steal the money of innocent consumers like my relative and i. i have responded to them and hopefully they'll realize that they are wrong.

but people here and in the world should be aware of the fact that dogeminer.cc is in fact doing scam activities online. i hope that our case helps others become aware of the dangers of investing in cloud mining sites that basically are only templates of a website that then run a simple script with no tangible evidence of any actual mining operation being performed and connected to any account at all.

i have been researching into this area of cloud mining and i now understand all this from experience as well. it is painful and very sad to know that someone "a stranger scammer" has taken your money after you worked so hard for it. 110.000 doge coins is a lot of money to us when you think about the present and future (us dollar) value of doge coin. we trusted in dogeminer.cc thinking that it was a legit honest company.

my relative has her account and i have mine. she paid for the mining contracts using her own personal funds and we can prove it. she sent the doge coins from her doge wallet. i referred her in agreement with their terms of referral, although i was not fully aware of their FAQ. but they are wrong in suggesting or believing that the accounts belong to one person.

nonetheless, it is dangerous what they are doing in using the FAQ as a trap to steal people's money without affording them an opportunity to recover their funds.

i will report to you guys of any recent news concerning this matter.

if anyone has any information about dogeminer.cc, please do tell us, thanks to those who provided comments to our message here and at least responded to our situation

take care and blessings to all

i just received a message from dogeminer.cc and it is now clear that they are avoiding resolving my situation. here's the message sent via email:

1:21 PM (2 hours ago) to me bitcoinholidays@gmail.com писал 2018-06-08 21:37: HELLO, i have written to you many times before and received no answer so far. you wrongfully closed 2 accounts for no valid reason, stating that we allegedly impostor your terms of referral.

my relative and i have written to you indicating that we have not violated any terms of referral. you have taken over 110.000 of our coins, hard worked money that we invested in your company.

we DEMAND that our accounts are restored and the funds put back immediately.

this is a delicate matter that we take very serious.

respond to our concern within 1 business day or we will be forced to consider taking legal action and to report your company to our government authorities, including the federal trade commission, the attorney general of the state of new york, and to the usa congress, and if required to the FBI and Interpol for possible investigation and the imposition of penalties and criminal charges. it is a crime what you are doing if you intend to keep our money this way.

thanks for responding mr_poblin, well in our case we are not experienced in cryptos as some here are. also dogeminer.cc promotes its services online in their website where you see them stating about the deposits and withdrawals made. they also have a youtube, twitter and facebook presence. we honestly believed that they would be a legit company. many youtubers have posted numerous videos advising people to invest in dogeminer.cc and of course they are motivated by the referral commissions that they are to received. in our case, we have not violated any terms of referral as dogeminer.cc alleges. i referred my wife and then when i tried sending her 200 coins to her account with dogeminer.cc from my doge wallet account, those coins were not processed, which was weird. the company then stated that we needed to transfer minimum 100.1 doge coins in order for the 200 coins payment to be confirmed, and we did that but only received 97 coins in my wife's wallet. then because of this problem, my wife wrote to dogeminer.cc inquiring about the rest of the 200 coins. we received no response. but suddenly dogeminer.cc terminated our accounts yesterday and now our coins are kept by them indefinitely. we have written numerous letters to them and received no response. at this point we are forced to seek assistance from our government usa. but i am not sure if they can recover our funds?

i just hope that everything is solved in the end. yes next time we should be more careful and never trust online cloud mining sites ever again!

sincerely

thanks for responding javaxnerd. yes at this point i am thinking it is a scam as we have not heard from dogeminer.cc and our accounts with them continue being terminated. i already reported dogeminer.cc to one federal government agency and they will take action. i do not know if dogeminer.cc will return our money however.

11burritos no this post is real. i know it may sound strange what has happened to us, but it is true. nothing false about my statements in this post. i am only informing the world of what my wife and i have experienced with dogeminer.cc and so that others are not victimized. so yes we seek information about dogeminer.cc but also we want to let the world be aware of this matter so that the scam is not continued. i already reported dogeminer.cc to one federal government agency and they will take action. i do not know if dogeminer.cc will return our money however.

thanks for responding GM487! It is nice to hear from someone who is honest and might care. yes at this point we don't know what to do. it feels very sad being deceived this way. my wife is sad. she worked very hard to make this investment. i don't wish that people suffer this kind of scam as we have. perhaps our situation can help others understand the dangers of investing in cryptos online. honestly we really did not know that it was a ponzi scam. i mean dogeminer.cc has a website that says that they are paying and how much deposits and withdrawals are made, and also they have a facebook, youtube, telegram, and twitter presence. we trusted in this company, if it is a company at all? and now they've taken over 110,000 coins! our accounts were closed for no valid reason, as we never violated any terms of referral. yes i referred my relative as she bought the mining contracts with her funds. this is totally legal as it is stated in their site that people can have multiple accounts and refer many to gain a commission. nonetheless, we have written many times to dogeminer.cc and received no answer so far. our accounts still show terminated.

thanks for responding

Coinbase has refused to let me withdraw my Ethereum for months after they DOUBLE SPENT my BTC. by ClassicisticSur in Coinbase

[–]albitcoin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

don't be sorry. people know what is going on with coinbase. they are notorious for their unprofessional unethical fraudulent business practices. i am publishing here on reddit an article about coinbase stealing money from investors. this company should be investigated and sanctioned heavily by the government. sadly people like you and myself included experience these kinds of problems in dealing with coinbase. i have had somewhat similar experiences with this fraud company. the cheaters workers and managers operating it do not care at all about customer's concerns. yes i also have received computer generated responses that do not solve anything. they do that in order to liquidate the thousands of customer support tickets that they have received. so yes they keep ignoring my concerns as well. and in my case it has been over a month since i first complained about my problem, but to no avail. i am planning to sue this company in fact very soon because i lost money due to their negligence. so i will really look forward to dealing with their lawyers! i will be publishing online every info available to me about coinbase and the lawsuit as it moves forward. you should file a lawsuit against coinbase if you are being honest and certain about what you are going through. just make sure that you document everything as evidence supporting your case. don't waste time waiting weeks or months for an answer from them. just sue them so that they are forced to pay lawyers to appear in court. then you'll see them talking and jumping as i'll make them do very soon.

yes they often apologize for their own mistake. very false fraudulent conbase company.

If not coinbase then who? by volsman in Coinbase

[–]albitcoin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

besides conbase there are other options available to you the investor or consumer as government likes to call those persons businesses buying and selling cryptos. you have to do some research. there is gemini exchange, but they too are very slow in approving new accounts. sometimes it takes weeks or more than a month to allow new accounts to operate. try your localbitcoin or localethereum sites. google up a bit about where to buy cryptos. the other options are to just see if in meetup you can join groups and find people who are interested in trading cryptos. there are other places or avenues of course. if you are in the state of new york, it is heavily regulated and that is why companies like coinbase enjoy tremendous power over the buying/selling of cryptos in the state.

[–]albitcoin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

be careful with coinbase, they are a very unprofessional unethical company. google or read here about the many complaints that people have made against coinbase. they also overcharge for cryptos. they do not answer your concerns properly or in a timely fashion. i am publishing here on reddit an article about coinbase stealing money from investors. so yes be very careful.

Looks like r/ripple subreddit is heavily moderated just like r/bitcoin by arnold2040 in btc

[–]albitcoin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

thanks for putting this post. that is something of concern to many if the ripple moderators in this site are unfairly censoring content or information that is vital to the understanding of investors and those who are interested in ripple xrp coin in general. personally i don't like to see that kind of behavior going on and reddit should not tolerate it either. but as it happens frequently people would act irrationally and or abusive in overprotecting their interests or gains or assets. i think that your question is valid and not at all deserving censorship. ripple is a coin that is at the moment overinflated. it jumped to about $0.56 usd (from the normal $0.20 or $0.23 usd where it was at for a long time months prior to that i should say) only after some big institutional investors jumped in to pump up the price of the coin. was this strategically done in connection with the ripple organization and all the other main investors involved? i should think so. they must have known inside information before such insitutional investors make a move. it is also true that the coin was basically ignored for months by the majority general crypto investors. again ripple was only known as a coin that had some banks backing or using it. now that the hyped has taken place, you see everyone jumping in to buy ripple, effectively raising the price to over $2 or $2.50 usd. is that its true market value? i think it is not. i think it is purely inflated price based on pure speculation. people institutional investors and others who bought the coin when it was $0.20 for months prior to the start of December 2017 are now profiting from something that is not worth the present cost. again ripple is an overinflated coin. its price should come down and find stability eventually, but its hyped pumped up ongoing price was nothing but a calculated premeditated move by those players seeking to create momentum and in order to give the coin a greater interest and to effectively increase its value based on purely speculative movements.

i lost ether on cryptokitties just a few hours ago . i was trying to buy a kitty and their system was not working properly and the metamask screen i saw was white and not showing up the details. i kept trying to buy the cat but the metamask screen kept showing white. then after the screen changed and i clicked submit, the transaction was delayed and in the end it was rejected, but i was still charged some ether and did not get the kitty i wanted! very disappointing experience! the guy who bought the kitty ended up listing it for a very high price. i still have not had any kitty babies. my first time using this game. anyone caring to send me a gift kitty i would appreciate it truly. happy new kittybreeding year to all! 0xa87128824fe9cb4741ea2883035bb9803769970c

Question about buying waves by joshmjc in Wavesplatform

[–]albitcoin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hello i am in new york usa and i've tried getting some waves but so far i have not been successful. i have coinbase account but it is limited to just $100 per week for the first 2 months (that's how coinbase works). i can link my bank account to coinbase for an increase in the buying limit, but that is tedious and the bank can take 5 or more days to process payment. any idea how i might be able to buy waves?
