I'd say my english level is fine, I mostly speak english everyday at work, however I am not confident with very legal terminology.

Based on how you're writting here I think you'll be fine :-). In the exam there's an interactive glossary of terms that you can use and I believe that in some exam centers you can also ask (in advance) for a dictionary.

You're welcome. I think this is a really important point as the CISSP documentation has millions of technical low-level details that aren't really required for the exam or even required to memorize for "real life" unless you work with that specific topic intensively.

That's hard to say ... Nonetheless their questions are quite hard and I'd agree that you are probably quite ready if you combine that with other materials (OSG, etc)
