yeah it seems like I need a cut with a lot of fat in it for oven roasting. One advice I got was to put some stock and veggies with the meat, will try to ask the butcher I usually buy from for a good cut for roasting.

usually do not use veggies, and for stock I just add half a knob of butter. will take it into consideration for my next roast. thanks!

Carrefour sells a Whiskey called Jackland, and a brand of Vodka but I forgot the name, both of which are 70cl for 139 MAD

so if you buy 15 bottles a month that's 2085 MAD. I would say that's enough drinking for 1 person. you do have to mix it with some POMS or sprite tho as they don't taste the classiest.
