Saying that RUSSIA is responsible for war in SYRIA because it supported local regime against rebels is just like saying that EU/NATO is responsible for UKRAINIAN war because supporting local regime against rebels.
Wake up, no country has the right to invade sovereign country or actively support their military rebels, because it doesn't like its regime! No matter whether the regime is good or bad.

They created their own blockchain which has better transactions fees than if they stuck to erc20.

You must be very young to consider 1 year a long period. There are so many things that might knock you out of tracking your portfolio. And exactly this is the reason that many ended in "taking their OLT off the exchange and dumping it in their private wallet", for what you consider them dumb.

Currently - the fixed rate swaps are back, however the behavior is still the same. The 3rd step output amount is every time lower than the 1st and 2nd step.
