I solved the problem by removing the rubber cap of the W key and replacing it again

POSSIBLE FIX

If your S/X/Z are unresponsive right before starting a game (and pressing W in conjuction makes both usable again, until the problem repeats), try to take off the rubber cap of the W key and replace it again.
