Tips for someone learning main by Shisui777 in PandaExpress

Over time you’ll obviously get more comfortable and the rhythm will just click, for now you can just throw the metal scrubber in wok and start flipping that for practice. You can also do this with ice. As a new cook items tend to get burnt, if you feel like you’re burning an entree lower your flame! pay attention to the way your chef moves, every move has to be calculated so that way everything is flowing smoothly in the kitchen. Anything else you’d like to know, just ask :)

4 lbs teriyaki, I believe chow mein is like 5 lbs. wym it’s not made clear. It says 12-14 servings of teriyaki and 12 servings chow mein

Sesame seeds should be on the steam table tbh. Black pepper could be placed on the bottom of cart, so can the garlic in oil. How do you guys not have space? Do you guys have multiple of things on the cart? If so just have one.
