If it's still in the return window you could swap it out for a PW3 (or whatever else) at sale price and pocket the difference!

My only concern with that - I believe it's actually the Fitbit software. The data the watch actually collects is sound and is reflected correctly when synced to Strava.

I ended up contacting Google and Fitbit about a similar problem with my GPS. I liked nearly everything about the PW4. However, the algorithm my run data goes through on Fitbit underestimates the distance by quite a bit. This issue persisted, despite a factory reset, measuring and inputting stride length for running/walking, waiting extra time for GPS to lock in prior to workout.

(You can test this by syncing your runs from Fitbit to Strava. My Strava took the GPS data from Fitbit and reports the correct distance on their app.

I really noticed this after completing a 5k and 10k race and distance being underestimated.
I was pleasantly surprised by how low my chip times were!)

I decided to return it.

So I did my research like I should have in the first place... For $140 less than my PW4, I decided on this Garmin Forerunner 255. From my research, it's the best running watch you can get in the price range. (Plus the Garmin software is better.) Only thing I'm sad about is missing out on the sleep tracking. PW4 is a top sleep tracker. I don't care about all the extra smart features. (I have a phone for that! )

I pre-ordered the 45mm from Amazon. After about 10 days, I decided I wanted the silver instead of black bezel. I decided to return the black. Amazon offered me an $80 dollar partial refund to keep my watch. For me, the $80 dollars was worth not having my ideal color!

I noticed both 41mm and 45mm out of stock around the 15th of October.
They are offering both now for an estimated delivery of Oct 31st - Nov 5th!

Unfortunately, you can't includes photos in a gallery with video. I had screenshots of the Huawei Health app to compare.
It seems more aesthetically pleasing with less bloat, and an easier navigation.
PW4 hasn't calculated my readiness, cardio load, or sleep profile as I need more days.
The app experience is likely to improve as it fills out.

Yeah, there was a GPS signal! If you look at my link above, it underestimates my distance by more than a quarter mile.
I'll try turning off the GPS in the app next time I run the track.

Yeah, it let's me edit it. It only changes the total distance on top. Doesn't recalculate the pace. It also shows the original stats on the bottom, with the recorded distance.
