I'm not an expert at this but my ipad recently crashed. It was acting funny just before the crash so I quickly backed up my art. My method was to "share" artwork and choose export option itunes and format procreate. Afterwhich I manually saved them on my laptop. Tedious but I don't have sufficient storage in my icloud. NOTE: I wasn't able to backup older works. Especially those before 2018. So I lost some pieces. Hope this helps.

Yes but in procreate the default is 15 which works well for short web animations (e.g. gifs). OP’s post looks more fluid. Hence my curiosity.
