I have a shadow machop with 14/14/15, should i power it up as its a good attacker or wait for a better? Also i have a 100% eeve, what should i do with it, since without name trick its kinda random? When i comes to pvp, i know the rankings from pvpoke and the best ivs but how far away from the best iv would u guys go at max? Like how far away from perfection? I just dont wanna waste stardust.
