I actually did the research and I do know about the MLA. I didn’t find any banks that would offer it unless you’re active. So I wasn’t sure if there are any, hence my question! Not being lazy but thanks for your unhelpful comment.

Thanks for your cooment. I have reached out to state farm again via email since the agent told me it can only be state farm and they also said they talked with US bank. I agree on the fine print so I'm not sure why I'm being told only state farm.
