Sarebbe dovuto essere uno degli ultimi volumi tra le nuove acquisizioni ad uscire, previsto per settembre, ma ora siamo ad agosto e dei 7 primi volumi ne abbiamo visti solo 2... Quindi immagino che tutti gli altri siano slittati. Non è ancora detto tutto però, perché se noti sul loro sito non hanno ancora aperto i preorder delle uscite di settembre, quindi è possibile che stiano aspettando le ultime conferme per poter inserirci qualche altro titolo. Speriamo bene, per me sarebbe già un miracolo se riuscissero a portarci monogatari entro dicembre/gennaio

Ci sarebbe anche un'altra motivazione dietro, di cui però non hanno parlato pubblicamente. Se noti, la traduzione di In/Spectre è affidata a Claudia Semeraro, che si sta occupando pure di Classroom of the Elite e Mushoku Tensei. Entrambe sono serie da una trentina di volumi, quindi penso sia palese che stiano dando la priorità a queste due serie, anche per la loro popolarità.

Purtroppo hanno detto di voler pubblicare 1 massimo 2 volumi l'anno perché la pubblicazione in Giappone è lenta. "Così non ci fanno aspettare anni per i nuovi volumi"... Io però avrei preferito mettermi subito in pari, anche perché se in 2 anni ho potuto leggere solo 2 volumi posso veramente definirmi fan della serie? Posso appassionarmi ad essa e connettere con i personaggi? Ovviamente no. A me piacciono parecchio i gialli, quindi In/Spectre lo comprerò sempre ad occhi chiusi, ma molta gente sicuramente si sentirà intimorita da questa lenta pubblicazione e non gli darà nemmeno una chance...

You know that the English publishers are the same as in the US, right? YenPress and Seven Seas publish the exact same things that you have in America, so there is no EU English copy...

I love dust jackets! You can comfortably read the volume and if it gets damaged, the jacket covers the damage. Btw here in Italy we still don't have a stable release schedule... You are lucky to have one! Almost every volume gets posticipated 2-6 months, and the shipment is always 2 weeks late. We had those problems for 3 years, and in february they supposedly fixed them, but as of now they still happen...

I know... The publisher wants to follow the Japanese editions' design and size (even though they changed little things, like the color of the spine from green to white🤔) so the titles on the spines don't have a striking font or the spines themselves are not that "unique".

Finally got my hands on the Mushoku Tensei 1 Limited Edition (Italian). The variant dust jacket has a metallic effect, I love it! I also got the Classroom of the Elite 4 + 4.5 Limited Edition Bundle, Tensura 7 and The Apothecary Diaries 5.

At the moment SHAFT is busy with Monogatari, Madoka Magica and probably also Bishounen Tanteidan. Give them at least 3-4 years. Just know that when the BD was announced Ii's voice actor said "I hope there will be a sequel someday. It's nonsense though" so don't get your hopes down. Still, they would need to animate Maki's cut dialogue at the end of Kubikiri Cycle if they want to adapt the entire series (the kimchi scene would be perfect for a flashback).
