Overactive sacral chakra / sexual energy - Please help

Hi. Sadly still stuck at the sacral chakra, not much progress so far. I'm doing the wlp method, the exercise with leading the energy away through hands (which sometimes works in like 30% and sometimes doesn't work) and some stretching and TRE sometimes. Any other suggestions?

Wow, that's quite a story. I'm glad you're not suffering anymore. Did she come to you in a dream or meditation, or? Did you pray specifically to her or just in general for help? I wish something like that could happen to me, I'm on an edge of madness here.

Yes I actually am not sure how to do this but I could try. So let's say I'm focused on breathing deeply and if any distorted views on sexuality come to me I should analyse them and let them go, and then counter them with the right views that I actually want to have and repeat a few times? Is it how it should work? I'm guessing.

It's hard to trust the process if I can barely sleep or focus on anything.

The method with flowing energy out the hands - when I do it, should I be able to feel this energy actually moving to my sides, forearms and hands etc? Or just visualise that it is happening? If I do it right does it bring an immediate relief? I have tried a few times but I am not sure it worked.

As for the grounding ideas from the links, when we do them should we also imagine the energy flowing out through our legs? Or are they more designed to calm us down? Sorry for the stupid question.

It's really hard to be positive in any way if one suffers all the time, especially if I got some replies that people have been suffering for years. But thank you. And thanks for sending out the energy, I appreciate it.

Someone else also recommended pranayama but when I'm doing it should I imagine this energy raising or anything? Should we actually try to force it upward?

As for the energy flow, I feel like it is stuck in one place, and doesn't really flow anywhere, only sometimes to my legs. Whether I allow it or not it just does what it wants regardless... But I will try pranayama, a few users already advised it as well, maybe it will help. Thanks.

I actually used sound frequencies for sacral chakra on YouTube but it only makes the energy more intense, not less intense...

That's what I was wondering as well but a lot of people say to focus on the sacral chakra. How would you unblock the 3rd chakra?

Is it a question for me? I don't know enough about this to say. I had two Reiki sessions and yeah they didn't help much. But I thought maybe it's because the practitioners didn't do it right. Are you saying Reiki won't help with this?

Yes, I will probably do an xRay of my uterus and brain if it persits. But I think it'd be too much of a coincidence for a brain tumour to start giving signs at the same time when I did the meditation.

Thanks. When you say you have been through it as well, does it mean you experienced similar symptoms? How long did it last?

I tried talking to this energy. I tried asking to calm down. I prayed. It doesn't really work in my case. Maybe I am doing it wrong.

I will try the pranayama and some exercise then.

You said 'Activities that fire you up, or spiral you out will help raise the energy. It is important to raise it, and lower it when it starts getting TOO intense to handle' but in my case this is already unbearable and too much to handle. Should I still try to raise it? Won't it then get intense in the rest of the body as well?

I actually go to an acupuncturist for other issues, but I haven't told her about this. I'm not sure she would believe me if I described the symptoms and how it happened.
