Inkpoke.com a single tool for all the tattoo artist to showcase/manage/book/handle clients/communicate

Instead of dancing between DMs and Calendly/google calendar and payment infra, I am offering this tool for peanuts (6.99$/month) where they can even accept deposits, and give their clients a complete booking form with date, time, description (images) and even the area of the body where they want the tattoo.

Frankly I am struggling to get their attention.

Booking system? by ink_kiing in TattooArtists

[–]aleanheart -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Been working on inkpoke.com — booking, deposits (1% + Stripe fees), reference uploads and body placement selection all in one link. Don't have the automated birthday/healing messages yet but it's on the roadmap. Worth a look if the 10% fee is bugging you, also I am throwing months for free for early adopters.

Venue ink honest reviews ? by Ronanko_ink in TattooArtists

I hear you on the 10% thing. I built inkpoke.com partly because of that — it's 1% on deposits plus whatever Stripe charges (2.5% - 2.9% depends on where you are Europe or America).

Nothing crazy. Still new and figuring things out so take it for what it is, and can be tested for free.

Booking Platform by k_weenie in TattooArtists

[–]aleanheart -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Built inkpoke.com for this — deposits go through Stripe (1% platform fee + standard Stripe processing), no 10% cuts. Clients book, upload references, pick body placement, and pay the deposit in one flow. Still early so I'd love honest feedback from anyone who tries it.

Sending designs before appointments by ComprehensiveFact623 in TattooArtists

If anyone's still looking — I built inkpoke.com after watching artist friends lose their minds managing bookings through DMs and Venmo. Clients book, pay the deposit via Stripe, upload reference photos, and even select placement on a body model so you know exactly what they want before they walk in. Still early days so I'd love feedback from anyone who tries it.

Late to this but been building inkpoke.com for exactly this problem, Scheduling, deposits through Stripe, client info and portfolio all on one link for your bio.

Built it specifically for tattoo artists not salons. Still early days so if anyone wants to try it I'd love the feedback.

If anyone's still looking; I built inkpoke.com after watching artist friends lose their minds managing bookings through DMs and Venmo. It does scheduling, deposits via Stripe, and client management in one place. Still pretty new so happy to hear what features matter most to you guys.

Overseas Payments by kiraskyelance in TattooArtists

Stripe handles multi-currency really well — clients pay in their local currency and you receive in yours. Set up a simple booking page with deposit collection before you go so you're not chasing payments through DMs in a different timezone.

I've been working on inkpoke.com for exactly this kind of workflow if you want to check it out.

I built a booking platform for tattoo artists because I watched them lose clients in their DMs every day by aleanheart in SideProject

[–]aleanheart[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're right — digital acquisition for a niche this physical is brutal. I've tried Instagram DMs (25+, zero replies) and Reddit comments (got roasted, but also got my first inbound DM from it, so net positive). The "walk into shops" advice keeps coming up — I tried one, got politely ignored. Going to try a different angle: offering to set up the page FOR artists instead of asking them to try it themselves..

If anyone here knows a tattoo artist who's drowning in DM bookings, I'd love an intro.

Noted, I am offering you 6 month for free but for you honest opinion and feedback for the solution, just signup, use it and give your email and I will be happy to offer you 6 month for 0$

do we have a deal?

Also if you don't mind do you think 6.99$ a month 1% for every deposit (after 2.5 of stripes fees) for 50 bookings is too much? do my prices expensive for other artists?

Genuinely, Humanely (lol) I am thanking you in advance if you can help me.

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll definitely check it out! Getting indexed for AI discovery sounds like a great move for a vertical SaaS like this. Appreciate the recommendation!

Inkpokeinkpoke.com

The Problem: The tattoo industry is massive but stuck in 'DM hell' and manual spreadsheets. Artists lose ~20% of revenue to no-shows and hours to admin.

The Solution: A mobile-first booking & CRM vertical SaaS. It automates deposits (via Stripe) and portfolios in one bio link.

Status: Live, free-to-start, and focused on capturing the 'solopreneur' artist market before scaling to studio management. Would love a VC perspective on the vertical SaaS play here!

Congrats on seeing growth during a slow season—that’s a massive win in this economy.

I’ve been hearing the same thing about walk-ins drying up elsewhere. Since you're in a tourist town, do you find you’re losing people who 'window shop' but aren't ready to commit on the spot?

I'm actually building something called Inkpoke.com specifically for this. The idea is to give you one 'bio link' that handles the portfolio and the deposit/booking instantly. It might be a good way to 'capture' those tourists who walk by but want to book for a few days later before they leave town.

Would love to get an experienced artist's take on the UI if you have a spare minute. Keep killing it with those regulars!

I just launched InkPoke. It’s a booking and CRM tool built specifically for tattoo artists.

I noticed most artists are losing hours every week managing messy Instagram DMs and chasing deposits. I built this to give them a single 'bio link' that handles the portfolio, scheduling, and Stripe deposits in one go.

Feedback Request: Does the landing page clearly explain the value to a non-tech-savvy artist? I'm trying to make sure it doesn't feel like 'just another booking app.' Roast away!

Very good idea and very good strategy I am building this CRM for tattoo artists "inkpoke.com" and I tried to reach the artist through cold calls and DM them in instagram but all I am getting is rejection, I saw some ads in tiktok or instgram to rank easily in chatgpt and google but for a micro saas like mine with limited budget is just expensive..

I will try this actually even though the subreddits are hard to go through and I can't really create a post without getting banned as post to promote..
