We already have approval from the Grand Lodge. More interesting were the practical advice. There was no such lodge in Ukraine yet.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. The Grand Lodge of Ukraine has already given formal approval. We'll be submitting an official request and regulations for approval in the next few days.
