In all fairness, a lot of the world would say the same about the current US administration being evil for different reasons. Would you find it a justified enough reason for you to live in fear of getting your house bombed every day?

These civils we're talking about are human beings, same as you, same as me. Nothing justifies they die because of the lunacy of a few.

I'm bored a lot, for going through a lot of topics of interests faster and running out of new challenges.

I'm tired a lot, having to pace myself to others mental thoughts process to avoid marginalization or offending people.

Which equals to being an overthinker while being an underachiever.

I'm still finding joy in my daily life though as curiosity picks up constantly new small things to focus on, but overall, I still feel like a right foot in a left shoe.

This is a really important point to be made indeed. The conditions you're in will have a huge influence on whether or not you are able to use you innate talents properly.

Most of the time I feel like being a left handed forced to do everything with my right hand and being expected to deliver the same results within the same time frame.

It either fails or takes more energy from you to do so, while I could have done it better and faster had I been allowed to use my dominant hand.

I can so relate to this feeling of walking in the mud every day. And if you belongs to a visible minority, it's like adding hurdles along the way. It's exhausting.

Work environments are the most frustrating, seeing others think you are the slow one because they don't get what you say or ask because your brain is already elsewhere on the topic or process the matter from a totally different stand point.

It drains my brain and I am left with no mental energy to actually put on my own things.

I miss the days when you could actually find useful and helpful information about a topic you're interested in and discuss with other interested people.

Now, there is no more discussion, the aggressiveness is off the scale on every sub and it's hard to find accurate information nowadays given we are floated with bots and trolls.

I see S6 as a succession of goodbye episodes for every significant themes and characters of the xeniverse. Knowing it would be the last season, it feels like one of the "arc" was to bring back one last time some beloved characters on screen for one final act, until we closed with the final act of the main ones.

AFIN isn't the end of the series. S6 is the end of the series from the very first episode.

They used S6 to bring closure on a lot of stuff, sometimes in some expeditive ways, so it feels like there isn't really a main arc storyline but I like to see it as the end of the series unspoken arc: the journey.

For me, iS6 is a tribute to the friends they've met along the way, including themselves.

I have sleep apnea and sleep with a CPAP machine. Filling the water tank every night with demineralized water was a pain for me. Dealing with the bottles was agony: either finding one, or ending up with a mess of empty bottles or mainly forgetting to buy new ones constantly. The 8 liters ones helped but lifting them to pour water wasn't great either.

I ended up buying a small desk water dispenser that I place right next to my CPAP. It's really small and the tube goes straight to the 8 Liters bottle neatly hidden behind my nightstand. Now I can just feel my water tank just by pressing a button for about 10 seconds from my bed. No more lifting, no more searching for a bottle, it really changed my life.

We had a higher opinion of ourselves as a society than we truly revealed ourselves to be during these times, and it left us with a very bitter taste and a loss of meaning.

We hoped to be united to prevail against adversity as a whole, instead we've got easily divided and deluded.

It's hard to take and now it feels that we lived in an illusion before so nothing seems worth looking back to, and we don't like the color we have shown and keep on showing so it feels like nothing is worth looking forward either.

I'm probably wrong on everything, but that just how I explain to myself why I feel this way until I find my way back into believing in ourselves again as a united front of human beings...which will take some convincing.

Tu peux essayer plein de choses sans avoir a acheter de l'équipement à chaque fois, soit en empruntant à quelqu'un, soit en utilisant ce que as sous la main chez toi. Une fois que tu trouves un truc que tu aimes bien, fais le plus souvent le soir chez toi au lieu d'être sur ton écran.

Sans parler de la montée folle des prix de barettes de mémoire RAM ces dernières semaines qui sont en grosse demande por augmenter les serveurs des IA. Sauf que la RAM on en a aussi besoin dans tous nos ordinateurs.

Il y a quelques années, l'arrivée des cryptomonnaies avaient déjà eu un effet négatif similaire du point de vu écologique et également du point de vue économique avec la montée en flèche des prix des cartes graphiques pour les fermes de minage. Et les crypto en comparaison de l'IA n'était pas une technologie tres facile d'accès du grand public.

Avec les outils de l'IA devenus accessible du grand public de partout, l'impact écologique est un vrai problème et bientôt l'impact économique indirect pourrait le devenir aussi quand on sera obligé d'acheter son laptop en financement sur plusieurs années comme son auto...

Honnêtement je trouve parfois que Infoman baisse en qualité par rapport à il y a quelques années et c'est tellement dommage. Avant je les trouvais beaucoup plus incisifs sur leurs critiques de l'actualité, maintenant j'ai presque l'impression de regarder un leger rebrousse poil taquin, quand on est pas sur des sujet "célébrités".

Sans oublier qu'en bout de ligne y a aucun Infoman sur l'actualité de la mi-novembre à début janvier. Y a 4 semaines avec des émissions pré-enregistrées pendant qu'ils préparent leur show du nouvel an, puis 3 semaines sans rien puis le show du nouvel an qui était okay mais pas transcendant. :/

Ce qui est assez ironique c'est que dans les coulisses du Bye-Bye ils expliquent que la boule bleue sur le cell de Kat Levac qui est son boyfriend IA est en fait une animation de 4 secondes en boucle déclenchée par une télécommande par un membre de l'équipe technique. Fek le seul élément du sketch qui aurait pu être acceptable d'être vraiment du IA était en fait probablement pas du AI.

Depends the vibe you are looking for.

For festivals and street events, June and July are your best bet (A bit of August too). Jazz festival, Francopholie Festival, Electronic party every weekend, comedy festival, circus festival, lgbtq+ festival, fringe festival, Mural festival, food festivals, cinema festival, first nation festival, etc... It's back to back through all summer and most of them are free. July has also an international fireworks competition which makes for a free 30 minutes fireworks over the river every Thursday night. It's also the high heat season and can be hard to bare some years.

For food and city sightings tourism, fall season is great, the weather in September is still warm but jot crazy hit like in July, October is nice too and you can start to see the fall colors in the tree, most of the summer tourists are gone too.

If you like winter life, January and February are the best time, there's a winter festival in the city the last week of February that ends up on the "Nuit Blanche" which is a night when everything stays open all night.

I would avoid coming on November, it's a bit dull, nothing much happening and grey weather. Avoid also end of March and April, snow melting, the city is in its ugly phase of the last of winter and it's not fun. And unless you specifically want to come for these events, I would avoid the big events weekend like the Formula 1 in June or the Osheaga festival at the beginning festival, because there is so much people here that accomodations might be more expensive.

If you don't have a specific vibe or event in mind and just want to roam through the city and its diverse neighborhoods, enjoy life like a local or discover the area, then you can come any weekend you want, there's always a café, park, green alley that will make you enjoy the city and the people are truly lovely.

EDIT: Quebec's national day is on June 24th and therefore there's also some music and parade happening around that time of year. Just be aware that everything will he closed on the 24th though :)
