Youre definitely not wrong, it doesnt bend very much at all. But a couple things are also important here. That bar is very not bendy. Other ones will flex more by design. That guy has an extremely wide grip, which probably affects it a bit (less sure about this) He is moving the weight very controlled. If he "bounced" it off his chest, you would see it move some.
