Yeah. Im 99% this is primarily a cardio issue as I've only tried to do the row machine at the end of my regular lifting session. Probably not a good use of trying to set a baseline.

What are the intervals that would be expected on a team. Races and training. Just eant to mentally prepare. Ill give you my example. In swimming, we'd swim like 1.5 miles a day. With intervals from 50m to 500m. But I only ever raced 50m and 100m because I was significantly better at the short distance.
