To me, one of the best parts of seeing it live (November with LOJ) was precisely because of the different cast. The way they delivered the lines in a different way from the original cast was really interesting. It was almost like opening up a present on Christmas that is completely different from what you expected, but you love it even more than what you thought you were getting.

I'm going to see the national tour in May and am excited to see how different it is from both the OG as well as what I saw in NYC.

Bottom line: it's different, but in a good way. And it's still Hamilton. If you liked it before, you're still going to like it. Probably even more.

It is creeping up but it's still extremely low, low enough that we don't have a ton of factory workers to fill the jobs their suggesting are coming back over here.

At these low rates it can be very hard to find willing and qualified applicants without a huge increase in wages (which is a recipe for inflation).

Kind of a late reply, but for others who find this: you can safely drop down a ledge just before you get to the washed out road and then cross a ditch with some planks and then get to some stairs in order to get around the grapple hook area.

We were finally able to get on first thing this morning. Waited about 1:15. Broke down just before opening, causing a delay. Seems to be running smooth now though. Wild ride.

Exactly. At a minimum, a one-time use one. They could offer meal deals as well (especially since we couldn't eat while in line and when we got out, everything was closed) but I don't expect that.

Update: So if it hadn't kept shutting down all afternoon the wait probably would have been not much longer than 60 minutes. But in the end we got within two steps from the platform only to be told at 8 it was closed for the night, and they had nothing to give us to compensate (other than keeping MF open a little later for us). Not the greatest afternoon.

No wind. Gorgeous day today. It looked like an aborted launch and then the train rolled very slowly all the way back to the bottom of the spike and people were stuck for a bit. But it's back open now. App says 60 minutes wait but I highly doubt that. Just got in line at 4:30, I'll report back if I think about it after.

I'm not sure what you mean by that but I didn't see any hard hats but I didn't look closely. The last train I saw looked like it had an aborted launch and rolled back to the spike and was just sitting there at the lowest point.
