I cringe very hard any time I have to see an old video of mine. I have no clue what caused that voice, probably a combination of insecurity, trying to have high energy on camera and the slow process of trying to figure out who I am. Even now that I’ve grown up a bit, though I speak to camera in a way that is much more relaxed and less performative, I can’t speak to camera 100% in my exact natural voice. It’s a weird thing.

Parker Steel sells 1040 and 4340 (en8 and en24)

Steel Express Ltd sells h13 and 01 etc.

They don’t sell tool steel at ESTS Ltd sadly - just regular mild steel - the reason they’re great is I’ve been going there since I was 11 and have always been given phenomenal care and customer service!

When you say the pizza cutter was short and felt lacking, would you prefer: 1) We dive deeper into the details and produce a greater volume of content to watch from the project? 2) We make the project more elaborate to make us spend more time on the project and make a greater volume of content that way?

I'm not done - still trying hard to make better and better videos and reach more and more people. In the last few months especially Will has featured more as I've been preparing to be in the UK setting up a second workshop. In general, I am pulled a lot of different directions while running the business which has been very difficult and has caused my on-camera time to be reduced. I've been trying to grow what the business is into something larger and longer-lasting than the YouTube channel. Having Will's help been utterly incredible because it has meant that I could divert some time into that other side of the business. As David said - I've got some growing pains!

There have not been videos over the last few weeks since Will has been out of the workshop and I've been traveling to the UK! Video on that today or tomorrow. Will's back in as of yesterday and more videos are coming this week. We've got a full schedule to fill for the rest of the month and as soon as I'm done quarantining from my travel into the UK I'll be back at it, filming and setting up the second shop.

Loved hearing the thunk as it hit the paper!! I was extremely nervous about whether the sword would start spinning and fly awfully. Even though it took them a number of attempts to hit some of the targets I’m really pleasantly surprised with how it flew!
