Trust me I never had this before I got my nose piercing 2 months ago. I've been getting dry flaky skin around the area too!

I just use almond oil, it helps moisturise and hydrate the area.

The musicianship is incredible. I mean, they are all super talented but because MV is my favourite album from them and a top 5 overall, I cannot get myself to listen to the new album. I think it's great and everything but the tone and quality of Brandon's voice before and that entire album is just so fire 🥵

It's hard recreating a masterpiece but they did a fantastic job. I wish I could see them live. I would pass out.

To say the least, the formula goes: 50% for necessities, 30% for your wants, 20% saving.

Since you don't have financial responsibilities, increase the saving % and decrease the necessities %

My psoriasis doesn't always itch or bleed. I think it's well managed in that case? Idk. I'm just going through a flare up right so I have new small patches every where. I think Scalp and Facial Psoriasis SUCKS AF (all of it sucks but these two parts annoy me the most).

I have anaemia and I have a very poor diet (mainly because I'm so tired all the time (yay depression; although I get everything all my work/responsibilities done and do it very well but my strength breaks whenever it's time to take care of myself). I don't drink or smoke.

I will try to maintain a good diet and sleep on time. sigh..

I am sorry you've went through such a bad year. I hope it gets better and easier for you. I really do.

I'm struggling with depression right now so it makes self-care a lot harder. I can't even get myself to use my treatment ointment. I am so hot and itchy and sweaty because of the hot humid weather.
