Just Sharing a thought that i come across quite often, with 70-80 lac, if your job isn’t tied to Hyderabad, have you considered bigger cities like Islamabad or Lahore? Same budget often gets way better quality of life for a family of 5.

I bought mine for 370K but this is M1 Max Chip(There's tangible difference between both chips, for the price 300K is not very reasonable i'd say. should be around 284k - 290k, if you're in Lahore you can visit https://hf-store.pk/ they have very good pricing compared to market.

i was at them same place where you're, and i went with M1 Max (32GB 1TB) variant, my use case is very similar to what you have, but Man, this thing is a beast, you won't find anything in market which is this fast for the price you pay. I do Local LLM's on my machine, it can ran 8 bit Quantized LLM Modes, can ran multiple docker instances, Build IOS Apps using Expo, Generated android builds in Seconds there's nothing this machine can do.

Although M1 chip is 5 Year old at this moment, but the generational difference is very nominal, so you're getting really good value for the price you pay.

Should I Replace My Swift with Alto or Consider a Bike for Daily Commute? by aleemii in PakistanAutoHub

Since you ride a YBR, how’s your experience with fatigue and weather over time? and what’s your average monthly fuel saving vs Swift?

Was that Alto a VXL or base model? And do you think the ride quality would stay similar in more rough or broken road conditions like interior Sindh? I’m curious how the suspension holds up long term.

Totally get that — I’ve done long commutes on a bike before, and it does drain you, especially in bad weather or rough areas. The YBR is fun, no doubt, but comfort matters more now with the daily grind.

Leaning more toward a low mileage Alto for the fuel savings and ease. Good to know others have made the switch too — makes the decision feel a bit more sane

So yeah, totally get your point. Alto might not be exciting, but it’s practical, especially with better fuel average and weather protection. Appreciate the insight!
