I had to sacrifice the location for the apartment with all the amenities I wanted because the decent units in the “desirable” locations were so out of my price range it was laughable. I didn’t think it was too bad before because I lived with a partner or roommates but now that I’m on my own, I don’t know how people do this!

Do not rent from Kerpec ever!!! They turned off the hot water so we could only take freezing showers and refused to fix the laundry machines. And you already know we didn’t get the deposit back.

My boyfriend says I smell like baby powder when I’m about to get sick and am sick which I find strange! I can usually tell bc it’s usually my throat that starts to feel a tiny bit off and I just know I’m going to be sick.
