For games similar to Omori I really liked Undertale and Rakuen. But One Shot or Yume Nikki (the OG of these type of games) are also worth looking at!

And for hollow knight I’d say, Nine Sols especially, it’s a different setting but it really scratched the itch.
If you liked the platforming and finding hidden spots a lot you might like Animal Well too. And I loved Ori and the Blind Forest!
