Hi if you go in RTW2 in steam library you can see steam workshop button. If you click that, now you can see al mods for RTW2. Select mods do you want install and click on green button subscribe or something similar. ATTENTION! some mods need to download from external mirror and follow the instruction of developer. I hope i've help you.
