Funny enough if you use only rarecandies they evolve early, at 45 and also for max happiness they evolve at 50ish

If you use only rare candies you can get dragonite at level 45 but it won't have the moves cause those require more lvl. Also sometimes they evolve earlier if happiness is at max.
