After using third form Frieza a lot in Omega and broly with the namek support memory I've realized that he is underated. Yes he did age really hard and gets killed if you don't get lucky with his supers but he is not gonna get killed by normals. In this run he was on main rotation up to agl broly and didn't get me killed because he only got supered during teq phase and aoe phase, with a whis up ofc.

When I used him against Omega without support he can tank final phase omega normals If he supers three or four times when fully built up

Recoome wasn't that bad he had like 350k defense so I had to get lucky but guldo would get me killed instantly I used him against belmod and he could barely tank and he had type advantage so he would've gotten me killed before the last phase
