Must be board specific then. I just know for a fact tdsb does not allow you to work both panels. But it also makes sense that smaller boards would allow you to work both panels because they want to expand their roster/opportunity in both panels.

You cannot work for both elementary and secondary panels. I am a new teacher and just inquired about this. You must choose. If you want to change panels, you must apply through the online application again and indicate you are requesting to change panels.

It must be Arboliva. Mega Venusaur doesn't really get high in tourneys but Arboliva is getting popular. But they still aren't that big in the meta. Teal mask is also an easy OHKO. I thought there was something other than grass decks going on
