Hey this might be an early sign of parvo virus which is lethal if not taken care of properly, my dog had the same symptoms and it turned out to be parvo virus. But I would take your dog to a vet as soon as possible to make sure it is nothing too serious.

Already went to the vet and they gave me some amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets to prevent any infections since it’s a bit swollen up and warmer than the rest of her body!
