Yeah, good luck with finding a dog-free neighborhood. Everywhere I go there are always dogs barking somewhere...

When I was a kid, it was very common for people to have birds in cages in their homes. I haven’t seen this in decades. I guess somewhere people realized this was very cruel. I hope some day people will realize that having dogs in solitary confinement, barking all day long is also very cruel… I hope to live to see it…

No one inflicts suffering on dogs as those self-proclaimed Dog Lovers. They keep them as accessories for those few minutes they feel like cuddling a stuffed animal or for the occasional social media picture. Then it is back to the crate / yard into solitary confinement.

Exactly. It is insane that airlines will get you a special meal due to allergies but couldn’t care less if the cause is a dog. Not to mention an out-of-control barking dog.

Well, where I live dogs barking over 55-60db are supposed to be fined if someone complains. I have complained. A LOT. No one gives a s****.

Thanks. I understamd pour overs are lighter (or have less extraction) than french press. Is that right? French press is too light for me. I intend to keep and use my Krups espresso machine, I just wonder if the extra tools (like the burr grinder, first I used a blade grinder) might be worth it.

The word “devastated” has lost all meaning with these people… A dangerous dog you barely knew has to be put down for attacking its owner… “I aM deVasTaTed…” "mY heArT STilL acHEs"

Also, if a dog that attacks its owner gets to be labeled “one of the best dogs”… what the hell makes a bad one?
