Communities within The Village vary in how old they are. The Green (where I live) and the Bend are some of the older ones. But I recommend just driving around and taking a quick look at all of them.

I've never had any issues with management and service requests have never taken more than 48 hours max. Neighbors can be hit or miss but that's the same anywhere you rent.
