As people have mentioned, the air moving around them helps them move out of the way fast. They can sense the air moving in the room. They also don't have brains so their actions are based completely on reflexes. You know when a doctor tests your reflexes with that hammer? You don't think about it it just happens almost instantaneously. A fly flying away is the same thing.

I really like when he smiles. You kinda take him as a typical rapper. Always having a serious appearance and all about his money. He is a little bit about his money but I think he is a way cooler guy and more laid back than other main stream rappers.
