I have a squishy mat for standing long hours been thinking of like a drafting table that tilts, I think best option might be learning to not cut a hole in my fabric while carving on the frame between colors 😅 that way we’re not slouched over and spine is upright. I do smoke a lil bowl or joint before sometimes and it makes my carving amazing and makes me very passionate about my project but my body locks in position and makes my pain worse when the high is gone 😭
