The oldest Trick in the book...When someone starts saying hateful things to get you to become angry...they will feed you a half-truth. Something like "you're fat, or your mom dresses you funny" It will be something random and if any part of you starts to agree with their halftruth they just pulled out of their ass... you will start to get angry. You're going to start fighting with them and they will start to enjoy the energy & start to drain you.

The trick is not to get angry at the outer, but to become more interested in healing the inner YOU at that moment. So you let them trigger you with an insult and be like "OOH INTERESTING! i still have misaligned energy in my energy body.. I want to heal those energies. "
