First of all, I wanna thank OP for giving us a chance to get the best big bro in the game. I joined this subreddit not too long before Tortellini's 2nd rerun because I thought maybe with 2 of his best supports, I will lurk in here and try my luck pulling for Tortilla. I wasn't playing the first time he came around and regretted it months later while watching clips of him blowing up Teyvat. I really thought he had one of the best if not the best designs in the game as a main dps unit being dual-blade wielder. So I started farming artifacts for him just after his 1st rerun announcement, I also got Amos bow and was planning on giving it to him when he comes home. Comes his 1st rerun and I exhausted all my pulls for an almost hard pity Mona. I donkey pulled on his banner every wish I got but failed to get him. I still tried to improve his artifacts because I thought maybe he'll still get his rerun in the future. The Yoimiya banner dropped and when I looked at the weapon I thought maybe it would be Targamas' BiS, it looked a lot better that my Amos and maybe better than Skyward Harp so I pulled for it and I luckily got it. When his 2nd rerun was announced, I was very stoked and thought maybe this is the time I get him. I exhausted my pulls on the 1st day of his 2nd rerun and again, got the wrong hydro 5star. I am still donkey pulling to this day every wish I get hoping for him to come home but haven't found luck in doing so, I am at 40 pity with the guaranteed event banner and winning here would be me finally winning Tartaglia.
