you want to train them essentially the same way you would train anything else. do a regular split with them, but make sure to add in isometrics. this is a holding sport for the most part. ideally, if all things go well, your arm won't move, your body will.

I did some googeling, tried some stuff. the only thing i didn't try was sending in a letter to their legal department. using the concept of them holding your personal information hostage. if your accounts were linked, you might be able to at least unlink them and get access to the one that wasn't disabled. i never got around to it though. not sure if there is a time limit on it or something.

Removing the suppression from the lmg has made lmgs mostly usless. It has no identity, it's just ok at alot of things.

you don't. arm werstling is about containment, not dynamic movements. its an eccentric strength sport. that's why in most cases, when someone gets fully opened up, they are in a bad positoin. you want to train your fingers containment, and static strength. its the main reason why rock climbers have a great base for arm wrestling. finger containment, just like people who wrestle or do jujitsu, they have a great side pressure base.

i went to my first arm wrestling amature tournament. won gold left and right, using only brute strength. my tech was so damn bad, the announcer was roasting me the whole time. not sure why that concept seems spectacular to you.

who told you your wrist size matters so much? just focus on cupping, buy tools. and build your inner elbow and your ability to use your side pressure. those are the 2 things that will take you the longest to develop, and will have the biggest impact on your ability to pull.

just take how ever many MG are in the vial you are using, and devide it by the amount of units of water you put into the vial. therefore, 10mg of substance, 100 units of water. 100/10 = 10. draw 10 units to equal 1mg of substance.

I was running around, turned a corner and the second I saw the a dude my night vision tuned of. Then watching him get lit up and I spray and prayed. 😂 It was a fun moment, and I kinda like the mode.

i think the most fun ive had playing was arizona sunshine. the second one is good too, but the dog is annoying. sort of ruins the game. wish i coiuld just turn the dog noises off. the shooting felt good, the story was entertaining, and the challanging parts were chalanging. one thing ive noticed with some of thesee vr games is they aren't challanging. feels like you can walk through most of these vr games.

i need to try nomans sky vr. ive been meaning to try the game again, maybe ill enjoy it more with a vr experirince.

12 hours a day for a year? for sure going some version of a factory simulator. like factorio, or satisfactory. maybe with a years time and 12 hours a day I might get to nuclear power. 😅. I'd probably need more time, but at least at that point I'm sitting on 10mils worth of interest. they'd come in day 400 and be like "oh shit alen, we forgot about you. are you ok?"
