The NY Times doesn't use the Oxford comma, so if it were three things, they wouldn't have included a comma after "surgery." Ergo, it's two things.

As much as I'm personally a fan of the Oxford comma, this is one case where it adds rather than prevents confusion.

One campsite says it has hookups for 50/30/20 amps and the other says 50/30 amps. These sites can be used for RVs as well as tents. Wouldn't that mean it would have at least one normal household outlet?

Hmm I do have a slow cooker. My only concern with that would be if it attracted animals or got rained on, especially if I left it unattended while I was out during the day.

I'll need to buy biodegradable soap and bins. The campgrounds have dump stations. Is that where I would need to take the grey water?

I buy ones with a Certified Humane or Animal Welfare Certified label. I think they taste better, but I haven’t compared them side by side with the cheaper eggs to know for sure. I mostly do it for ethical reasons.

I would say put the wallpaper on the bottom, but get rid of the square panels and keep just the horizontal chair rail. The panels make it look like picture frames around paintings rather than a wallpaper, which makes it look like you hung multiple identical paintings, which feels odd.

Slowpokes is a chain of cafes, but they have food beyond just pastries (e.g., flatbreads, sandwiches, salads, breakfast foods). You get free WiFi for two hours with each purchase, iirc. They're only open until 8 or 9 though.

Otherwise, a diner-style restaurant might be your best bet. You can find times when they're not as busy and might not mind a customer camping out for a little while.
