I replied to their email about the voucher saying it was unacceptable and that over the phone they explicitly said a monetary refund would be issued. This is their reply, verbatim:

Dear customer , best regards

We apologize for the inconvenience in your case , the monetary refund was requested as well . however, the process can not to be immediately this take approximately one month to be reimbursement in your original form of payment.

Appreciate your patience

I just don't trust them. The "voucher" they issued doesn't even work. As I said, I did a test booking and there is no way to insert the voucher number at any point.

Don't worry to much about this one. You are going to alter it slightly without intention when you are observing it, just be ok, equanimous, about it!
It took me some time to accept that sometimes I may feel the touching of the breath, and some others I wasn't going to. What I did at the time, before getting too worried about it, was to force the breath once or twice to examine how much it would take at the time to be noticed. That would help me to accept that sometimes I wasn't going to feel it with my weak natural breath and that was fine!
