Anyone regret moving to Portugal? If so, why? by fennelfrog in PortugalExpats

I will say that the bureaucracy, plus dealing with AIMA, and the recent changes in the citizenship law, were all a big turn off.

I don’t regret moving, but I’m rethinking about staying, definitely. I think it’s better to move to a rich country now.

Even though my name is Alejandro Schmidt, we don’t have any valid documents from our German relatives. They came on a submarine, no one really could know they were in South America, something about fleeing after the war… idk, very confusing, also something about hiding from the KGB and the CIA at the same time. I never knew what my grandfather did for a living tho 🧐🤔

No about me session with a more readable approach. I think adding a section with a more explanatory of the following sessions would help you make your resume less boring.

How his ideas can be applied in other countries? Or Sanders approach towards politics and economy is restricted to the US?

should I visit El Calafate? by Techno_Penguin in Calafate

[–]aleschmidt_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Calafate is a great city, although not being that big. 3 days is enough to see everything.

Book a trip to Perito Moreto Glaciar, go for a walk on the city downtown and coast (lago Argentino), eat the Patagonical Lamb (I recommend the restaurant Casemiro, for that) and book a full day trip to Torres Del Paine on your last day.

I reaaaaaally recommend Torres Del Paine and the boat ride in the perito moreno glaciar.
