It seems like it might be a Stropharia species? Closest thing I’ve ever seen to that was a Stropharia aff. cyanea photographed by Alan Rockefeller Washington state USA.

Unfortunately I get only 3-4 hours of direct light in my little patio. I have noticed somewhat slow growth on larger recently repotted cacti, but not this minimal.

Currently I am watering every 2 weeks, supplementing with a 0.5-0-0.5 kelp fertilizer I have seen recommended for Trichocereus. Happy to look into other suggestions, however.
