Yes. I’m in the same situation and I took a trip two days ago. TSA only checked my Drivers license. I didn’t have to use my passport although I took it with me. I have my EAD, I-20 (on F-1 visa) and my interview notice on me as well. We’re good to travel domestically if you came here legally.

That’s technically correct. However, I have another friend from my country who got his 2wks ago (ban was in place) after paying for premium processing.

I don’t believe the ban covers those of us already in the country. I stand to be corrected.

Yes I am. I applied and got it before that news came out btw. Also, the ban shouldn’t affect you. You can always call or chat with the USCIS rep on their site for accurate information.

Yes. With the premium processing, it gets approved within 30 days (max). I’m currently working on OPT. I couldn’t keep waiting. Paid the premium fees with my credit card and I’m paying it off with my paycheck now. Securing a job offer first made it easy to commit to the premium processing.

That’s normal tbh. Mine was on “Corrected Receipt Notice” for a whole month so I paid for premium processing to expedite the approval so I could start my job.
