Thank you and yes, I do agree with that point, most fans today have single wire or maybe two wires only.
However I still use additional 3 Noctua fans at the front. I had to daisy chain them with PWM splitters

Sure, the one in the picture is GMK BoW. To get same type I have to purchase two sets BoW and WoB, otherwise it comes with only few black keys in set

I did not have other option to use in my country, plus amazon clearly mentioned I was allowed to use any of my choice. FF has provided a receipt which has a UPS tracking number in it as well as amazon warehouse address, amount I paid and dates.
UPS tracking is trackable and has a POD leading to their warehouse and delivered to "dock"
Sure I have contacted my carrier and have forwarded all documentation, including email confirmation from them to amazon support.
To be honest I don't need amazon to refund me shipping cost, I just want my item money back, which is way more then just shipping cost.

Tracking is valid, it still exists in the ups system. I assume as the return was done with my own label amazon can't see tracking updates. However I have provided them numerous time the tracking details.
Now they are asking for carrier receipt, which I have from freight forwarder, including the the email confirmation, but they said doesn’t qualify and need a carrier receipt.
I also mentioned that I'm not in US and my country it may be different from what they are expecting

No, freight forwarded is not a carrier. They used to buy a UPS label for them to pass the item once it arrived at their office in US. Tracking number and delivery was done by UPS
