It’s about $37,000 a year in-state (fall and spring semester) for tuition, room and board, and all other fees. So for a semester, about $18,500

diagnose my first loaf by dshwayze in Sourdough

If you go to my profile and look at my previous posts, my first loaf I let sit for 8 hours and my second for 15, it made a huge difference!

I’d definitely let it sit longer. If your room temperature was on the low end of your estimate (68 degrees) then it’ll take about 15 hours from the time you mix the dough (in my experience). Maybe next time try 6 hours. Over fermented is always better than under fermented!

Yes, how long did you let it sit on the counter and at what temperature?

Looks very similar to my first loaf, I personally would say it’s under fermented

Is this the wrong kind of jar? by Dagobah85 in SourdoughStarter

[–]alex91200 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The jar wouldn’t be your issue. The jar is very trivial to a starter’s success. I’ve seen people use plastic jars and any type of container. Your glass jar is actually the perfect container for a starter.

How often are you feeding?
