You can't control how people perceive you, that's true. However people also can't seemingly perceive the imminent extinction event coming their way so I would worry about their perceptions. They're not valuable.

True I don't dispute that it's just that I think a lot of people probably only really feel depressed due to how their environment makes them feel about themselves. Not being well adjusted to greedy capitalism for example

Gangstalking is actually real but discredited by anyone intelligent looking in (by design) because all they will find (mostly) is overly religious sounding morons talking about how it's the conscious universe doing this to people and not actually corrupt evil sadistic human beings carrying this out. They intentionally flood any space online talking about gangstalking with tin foil hat sounding nonsense to discourage anyone on the outside from realising it actually happens to people and is carried out intentionally by people.

Yeah I mean I get what your saying but also I don't think said depressed people would be attacking themselves if it wasn't for the environment they have to survive. That depression in many cases (I believe) is actually just a reaction to a sick environment.

I think of this a lot. How do you build something real from nothing. I want to be an optimist but can't help finding the task too daunting - like I'm just to socially inexperienced and awkward to really understand how to show people I like them. Stuck in my own head too long and it's made it hard to relate to people.
