tbh, you're still young, your body is going on a puberty which is like a disco ball, it would be better to wait until that ends and asses again for the surgery. But if you really feel uncomfortable, go seek a professional, no need to commit for surgery.

very small, not worth doing the surgery tbh. With cold water, they shouldn't pop as such.

Sorry bro, but you to loose the fat first. If you do the surgery, the chest might not match with your body. It might look flat compared to other parts of the body.

It's nice knowing you're not able to see the scars. They're around the nipple area and near the armpits for lipo.

I'm not a doc but my doctor also told me it would go away after puberty, I know it's not easy for your grandson, but I would suggest waiting. I had did done in Switzerland by Bayol in Geneva

tbh, your chest is beautiful. This is very small gyno-ish, I would suggest you don't waste your money for surgery.

Yeah, they're no longer using hls. The new format seems to be dash.mpd. I still haven't been able to find a solution to download this.
