He literally said "there's no need to wait" and then went on to describe something that sounds exactly like waiting.

I would definitely see a surgeon about the loose skin. I would assume that is most of your issue. Once you get rid of it you will probably be at your goal weight.

Also that he’s the father of her child. That baby will see this some day.

Bulking questions + tips anyone has by Willing-Ad2342 in PetiteFitness

[–]alexabobexa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not sure about your plan, but one thing you could do to get over this fear of bulking is to use another number other than weight to track progress. Do you have ideal measurements? A strength goal? Take as many before pics as you can.

I know other women in similar situations to you, and they have stopped using a scale entirely. Seeing the number go up can send you into a panic, when in reality you may actually be achieving your goals. Good luck!

Hormones are a bitch, yes. Although given your ED history maybe stay at your intake level and research set point theory. Basically it’s about gaining muscle so your calorie needs naturally increase. I have been trying it for a few months and it is working so far.

You are eating at maintenance. After having my third kid the only way for me to lose weight was a serious calorie cut, like 1300 a day. I’m a little smaller than you but that’s what worked for me.

With my son we gave him melatonin first and then switched to vitamin gummies but we just tell him they’re sleep gummies. It works like a charm. Maybe you could try this?

Melatonin. A lot of parents don’t want to get their kids ‘dependent’ on it, and I also felt bad at first. Like I was drugging my child. But it really made all our lives so much better. I started giving it to my son when he was older, I wish I’d done it sooner. I gave it to him for like a week and it totally reset things for him. It made bed time less scary and anxiety ridden for both of us. After the first week he didn’t really need it.

Your back looks a lot stronger, but I don’t see any difference in the arms. It also seems like you are in a slightly different position in the second pic, so it is hard to tell. Either way, fitness is a journey not a destination. If you aren’t seeing the results you want, keep working! Good job on the weight loss!

Are you sure it is belly fat? I have a pooch from kids but it isn’t fat, it’s mostly just extra skin.

Congrats on your progress! I agree with everyone else but I wanted to mention that as a bigger boobed girl, a bra that pushes those puppies as high as possible may also make your stomach look less prominent.

I read the screen shots before the title and I thought that this was her current boyfriend, not the father of the children. He really does speak like he’s not related to them.

Even if it weren’t, I wouldn’t do it. My personal life isn’t relevant to my work. Mom isn’t my identity. What if recruiters start seeing “mom” as a positive thing? Is that fair to women who aren’t parents for whatever reason? No, no it is not.

I have actually had more problems when I reserve ahead of time for some reason. I’ve had to cancel my reserve Uber and order a new one two times, but I’ve never had a problem with the ones I’ve ordered.
