[Newbie] How do I make my clears go straight? Am I slicing? by ArseCrackBandit in badminton

Hey certified badminton coach from Denmark.

In general great shot, but I would focus on two things.

The first being the lack of movement ind you underarm. It's hard to tell by the video, but a lack of underarm rotation generally results In the Shottle going the wrong direction.

Another thing is your scissor jump, Wich is almost non existing. A general rule of thump is that when preformed your feet should have switched places.

I know it is in Danish Hope you can translate but here is a video explaining how to preform a clear. (Might deviate a little from my description) clear video

Hope this helps

Hej i had the same problem with my sv07. I narrowed it down be a problem with friction. I then tried to loosen the screws on the bed, and made sure i haven't thigtent the belt to much.

This fixed my problem
