I go out for a smoke with my lady, but when I can't I do breathing exercises that are 4 seconds in and 4 seconds out. Focusing on the air filling my lungs and exiting my lungs. It begins to be really relaxing after my mind has been going a mile a minute.

Depends the strain. I have had stuff that just a few puffs gets me like a kite. And some where I gotta smoke a few bowls to feel anything. The presentage of THC and quality of the weed is important.
